Dips & leg raises
The Autark 10.0 offers you two practical extensions: the fold-out dip module for your chest, shoulder and arm muscles and the fold-out leg raise module for targeted abdominal muscle training. Both extensions are space-saving and can be easily folded away when not in use.
For a perfect back
In combination with a weight bench, you can optimise your workout with our rowing station with additional footrests. The two cable pulls under the pull-up bar allow you to perform lat pull-ups and many other variations.

Safe workouts
The Autark 10.0 has a multi-press with freely engageable stoppers that reliably prevent the barbell bar from falling. This function offers you maximum safety and control during training.

Accessories
The extensive range of accessories - consisting of lat bar, SZ bar, tricep rope, 4 handles and foot cuff - enables versatile training that targets all muscle groups.
